BY-LAW #99-131
being a by-law to amend By-law 99-123, a by-law to license,
regulate and govern certain businesses in the Municipality
of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington passed By-law 99-123
on July 19, 1999 to license, regulate and govern certain businesses in the
Municipality of Clarington;
AND WHEREAS Schedule "B" of By-law 99-123 regulates the licencing of Adult
Entertainment Parlours;
AND WHEREAS Council at a special meeting held on July 29, 1999 adopted
the recommendations of the Solicitor with respect to the enforcement of By-law
99-123;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Section 11.3 of Schedule "B" to By-law 99-123 be amended by
deleting the words "30 days" and replacing them with the words "60
days".
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of July 1999.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of July 1999.
