BY-LAW#99-16
being a by-law to authorize a contract between the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
and Teletech Financial Corporation and to Repeal By-law#99-11
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington adopted the recommendations contained in Report
TR-3-98 on January 25, 1999;
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and affix the Corporate seal thereto, a contract
between Teletech Financial Corporatioin and the said Corporation with respect to the lease of the
Mitel EL Telephone System with Mitel Mail.
2. THAT the agreement attached hereto as Schedule"A" forms part of this by-law.
3. THAT By-law 99-11 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 8th day of February 1999.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of February 1999.
