THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 99-24
being a by-law to assume certain streets within the Municipality
of Clarington as public highways and to name the same
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part of Lots 23 and 24, Block A on C.G. Hanning's Plan of Part of Lot 8,
Concession 1, designated as Part 8 on Plan 40R-13850, save and except that part of Part 8
on Plan 40R-13850 designated as Part 3 on Plan 40R-14228; and
THAT Part of Block 18 on Plan 40M-1691, Clarington, designated as Part 3 on
Plan 40R-14116; and
THAT Part of Lot 24, Block A on C.G. Hanning's Plan of Part of Lot 8, Concession 1,
designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-13850, all of which is in the Municipality of Clarington,
Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby established, laid out and dedicated as
public highway and assumed by the said Corporation for public use.
2. THAT Part of Lots 23 and 24, Block A on C.G. Hanning's Plan of Part of Lot 8,
Concession 1, designated as Part 8 on Plan 40R-13850, save and except that part of Part 8
on Plan 40R-13850, designated as Part 3 on Plan 40R-14228; and
THAT Part of Block 18 on Plan 40M-1691, Clarington, designated as Part 3 on
Plan 40R-14116 all of which is in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality
of Durham, be named as McFeeter's Crescent.
3. THAT Part of Lot 24, Block A., C.G. Hanning's Plan of Part of Lot 8, Concession 1,
designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-13850 in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, be named Mearns Avenue.
By-law read a first and second time this 22nd day of February 1999
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 22nd day of February 1999
