OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 87-3 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PD-43-87 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Mr. Michael Schuster on behalf of Rosse rt Taunus Construction to rezone a 6.597 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 15, Concession 3, former Township of Darlington to permit the development of twelve (12) "Estate Residential" lots on private services be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public meeting. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: Un January 15, 1987 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. Michael Schuster on behalf of Rossert Taunus Construction to rezone a 6.597 hectare (16.3 acre) parcel of land in Part Lot 15, Concession 3, former Township of Darlington (see attached map). The purpose of the rezoning would be to permit the development of an "Estate Residential" subdivision of twelve (12) lots. ...2 ,~ ,C~~ * REPURT NU.: PD-43-87 Page 2 The application has been circulated to various agencies for comment and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council's information. It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Ad-ninistration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
