Our File: 10.50.5.
A determination has been made pursuant to The Education Act, R.S.O.
1980, Chapter 129, Section 113, and there is no change in the allocation
of Trustees. The number of Trustees remains at five (5) Trustees for the

• A further determination was made on August 23rd 1985, pursuant to Section

equalized residential and farm assessment for Separate School purposes
in the zone, (D. W. Oakes, Town of Newcastle; W.B. Bates, Town of Lindsay;
B.W. Baxter, Town of Cobourg, and N.K. Kyle, Township of Ennismore). The
determination report is enclosed and indicates the municipalities to be
represented by each Trustee.
