APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF COUNCIL TO THE
YARIOUS HALL .BOARDS AND COMMITTEES.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that Council confirm the following:
1. THAT the Members of Council as noted herein, shall be Council's Appointees
to the various Hall Boards and Committees for the term of Council.

BACKGROUND-AND COlNENT:
Members of the Council Elect met on November 25th 1985, and following a review of
the requirements for Council representation on the various Hall Boards and
Committees, determined that the distribution would be done in the manner detailed
in the recommendations to this report.
It would be appropriate that Council confirm the distribution by receiving this
report and approving the recommendations.
