Local Improvemont Aot.
Whereas petitions have been reoeiVed b the %; ouncil for the
Constreiation se -Local Improvements of the wor a met forth in Schedule
A n A hereto annexed, and the alark has certified that each of the
petitions is'suffioiently signed and It Is expedient to grunt the
prayer of the petitions in the manner herwwl,th provided;
AND WHEREAS the , Counoil has procured re ort a in regard to each
w
of suoh works as required by section 34 of the oval Improvement, plot.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Town of ' Bowmenville enacts as follows; -

That the rppor t e proeurred by the C ounei l in c onneat i on with
•e►ah of this works set forth in sahe Jule - "A" hereto, be , and the some
are hereby approved and adopted.

Tha t the works set forth in Schedule "A" hereto shall be
oonettuatea on the streets between the points as, therein mentioned as
Local Improvements under the provisions of the local Improvement Act.
Third; -
z That the Engineer of the Gorporat i on do forthwith wage such
plane, profiles and s pe c i fi c at i ons and furnish such information as may,
be necessary for the making of oa contract for the execution of the work.
Fourth; -
That the work. shall be carried on and executed u,lder the
supervision and accordioji to the direction and orders of such -Nngineer,
Fifth;-
That the Mayor and. C lerit are authorised to cause a e ont rae t
for the construction of the wokk to be made and dnt Bred into with some
perssn or persona, form, or corporation, Sub3eat to the approval of
this Council to be declared blr resolution.
