Whereas the Pabl.i o Sohool Trustee Board having made ap )Ii ar t l on
to the Municipal Counoil of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanvil �te for a speoial grant of Twenty Two Thousand .'ollars
for the purposo . of building' extensione - and permanent improvements
in the Bowmanvil &e School , for this purposo the l.'ub�.ia �3vhool
Board will require the eum of Twenty Two Thousand Dol, ars ,
022 ,000. 00
And whereas in the opinion of the Municipal Council of the
C aiporati on of the Town of Bowmanvil lle . that the appli,o nt i on of
the I"abl.io Sohool Beard for 'Twenty Two Thousand Dollars shodld
be granted . Wherefore the ]Municipal. Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Bowmanvi ll.e enacts as follows ;

d redi t, of the Cor orntion at large., the sura of 1wenty Two-
Thofisand Dollars f422 ,000*00 ) and Debentures shall be issued
therefore in sitme of not less than One. Hundred Dollars ( 4100 .00 ) , ,
eaoh, bearing interest at the rate of 5% per annum , and the
Debentures shall all bear the same date and shall be issued
t4 within six mont he after the date of which this By-law was
E passed , in Twenty annual installments duri np .. the twenty years
next , after the time -when the same are issued and the res ectioe

said Schedule is hereby declared to be and form part of this
f The said Debentures skall.c be pnygble 'at the local branch
of the Bank of Montreal in the Town of Bowmanvi Ile .
During the Twenty Years t he ' 'currency' of the Debentures , ' the sum
of seventeen hundred and S .xty Five , Dollare and Thirty Four Cents
(41765*34) shall be raised annually for the payment of debt and
-interest by ' a special rate suf f ioient therefor - over and above
all other rates on all the rilteable property in the Municipality
