There were no additions to the agenda
Acceptance of Agenda
There was no acceptance to the Agenda due to a lack of quorum.

There were no corrections to the minutes.

There was no acceptance to the Agenda due to a lack of quorum.

4. Sub-Committee Reports

5. Updates
Planting behind Regional Sewage Plant-Spring 2009
The shrubs on the south side of the Sewage Plant have been cut down along the fence.
Who would be responsible of cutting the shrubs and what was the purpose.
Toronto Street Planting

There were six committee members who attended the tree planting on October 18. It
was approx. 40 hours in total from digging the holes to planting the trees.
There is approx. $3,300 remaining from the Grant which can be left until spring 2009.
Trail Markers
Peter brought in a sample of a “Trail Marker” for the committee members approval.
Sizes cost and quantity will be discussed at the next meeting.
6. Other Business
Durham Field Naturalists
The Durham Field Naturalists have requested a PowerPoint Presentation. There are two
thrd
dates available. January 26 and February 23
Fundraising
To be discussed further at the next meeting.
