3, The Corporation hereby authorizes and directs the
Clerk and Reeve to sign the said Plan No, TDL-6 on behalf of the
Corporation and to file the said Plan in accordance with the said
Rxpropriation Procedures Act,
4. The Corporation further instructs the Clerk to take
such additional steps as are necessary in accordance with the
procedure as set out in the Expropriation Procedures Act,
5, The Corporation, its workmen, servants, employees, or
contractors or employees, workmen or servants of its contractors,
are hereby authorized to enter upon the said lands for the purpose
of carrying out the said road widening and improvement.
6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Reeve and the Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate with the owners
and mortgagees and any other pexs~ns concerned to settle the com-
pensation to be given for the said lands, provided that the amount
and nature of such compensation shall be confirmed by resolution
of Council unless it is settled in accordance with the procedures
contained in the Rxpropriation Procedures Act.
