WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to appoint an inspector.<_
to carry out the provisions of the Weed Control Act, and Regul:~tions
thereunder.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Weed Control Act R.S.O., 1970,
the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Dar~,ington enacts as followss
1. Delbert Grills is appointed Inspector for the Township
of Darlington, under the Weed Control Act.
2. The remuneration in respect of the above appointment
shall be set from time to time by Resolution of Council.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on
the date of its passing.
