HomeMy WebLinkAbout2498A by-law to authorize The Corporation to convey to one William Lorne Lamb part of Lot 20 in the 7th Concession of the Township of Darlington, and more particularly described as Part l as shown on R.D. Plan No. 68.
Whereas the Corporation took a conveyance
from one Keith Arthur Moore of the hereinbefore described lands
for the. general purposes of the Corporation more particularly
to facilitate its road widening activities ~n that area.
AND WHsREAS The Corporation of the Township
of Darlington no longer deems it necessary to retain the
abovementioned lands and therefore wishes to convey same to the
said William Lorne Lamb.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corgoration of
the Township of Darlington, pursuant to The MR~EBYiEPT1ACT3t,
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 336.(1),
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That .the Corporation of the Township of Darlington.
sell and convey to one William Lorne Lamb part of Lot 20 in the
Seventh Concession as Part 1 as shown on R.D.Plan No 68, for
the price of X1.00.
2, That the Clerk and Reeve be authorised to sign
the conveyance of the said lands and impress the Corporate
