6. This By-law shall not apply to any sign erected under
the authority of the Township of Darlington, the United
Counties of idorthumberland and Durham and the Province
Ontario.
7, Any person convicted of a breach of any of the
provisions of this By-law shall forfeit and pay, at the
discretion of the convicting Magistrate, a penalty
of not less than X50.00 and not more than X300.00,
exclusive of costs for each offence, and the
Summary Convictions Act shall apply to all prosecutions
under this By-law.
8. By-law No. 2513 is hereby repealed.
