A By-law to amend By-law Number 2111.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Townshig of Darlington deems it advisable to amend By-law 2111,
• as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington ENACTS as follows:
1. That By-law Nptmber 2111 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom in its entirety Section 15 and substituting
therefor the following new Section 15:
"15. VIOLATIONS A'iv'D PENALTIES.
Every person who uses any lot, or erects or uses
any building or structure or any part of any lot
building or structure in a manner contrary to any
requirement of this By-law, or who causes or
permits such use or erection, or who violates any
provision of this By-law or causes or permits a
violation, shall be guilty of an offence and upon
conviction therefor shall forfeit and pay a penalty
of not less than Fifty Dollars 050.00) and
not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ('300.00)
exclusive of costs for each such offence, and every
such penalty shall be recoverable under The
Municipal Act and the Summary Convictions Act".
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof
subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

1. That By-law Number 2111 is hereby amended py deleting
therefrom in its entirety Seotion 15 and substituting
therefor the following sew Seotion 153

any building or structure or any part of any lot
building or structure in a manner contrary to any
requirement of this Bylaw, or who oauses or
permits such use or ereationt or who violates any
provision of this 3ylaw or oauses or permits a
violations shall be guilty of an of~'ence and upon
conviction therefor shall forfeit and ppay a penalty
of not less than Fifty Dollars (#50.00) and
not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars 0300.00)
exclusive of costs Por each such offence and every
such ppenalty shall be recoverable under ~he
Municipal Aot and the Summary Convictions Act".
