THENCE continuing northerly on a course of north 17 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 250 feet to a point; THENCE north 72. degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 263 feet to a point in a post and wire fence; THENCE south 18 degrees 8 minutes east along the said post and wire fence and on a course of south 18 degrees 8 minutes east to an iron bar planted in the line of the said fence and which iron bar is distant northerly on a course ~ degrees 4 minutes west a distance of 61 feet 8 1/2 inches from a square iron bar in the northerly limit of Highway No. 2 as widened; THENCE south 9 degrees 4 minutes east a distance of 61 feet 8 1/2 inches to a square iron bar in the northerly limit of Highway No. 2 as widened; THENCE north 87 degrees 37 minutes west a distance of 78 feet 2 inches to a square iron bar; tt THENCE south i degree 59 minutes~~ec~istance of 17 feet to a square iron bar in the northerly limit of Highway No. 2; THENCE north 88 degrees 37 minutes west a distance of 42 feet 7 inches more or less to a point in the northerly limit of Highway No. 2~ which point is a distant easterly on a course of North 72 degrees 21 minutes 3fl seconds east a distance of 150 feet from a line drawn on a course of north 17 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds west through the point of commencement of the land hereby described; THENCE north 17 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 250 feet to a point; THENCE north 88 degrees 37 minutes west and parallel with the northerly limit of Highway No. 2, a distance of 150 feet more or less to the place of commencement of the land hereby described. 3. This By-law shall come into effect on the day it is passed by Councils subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
