B~ IT _ENe1CTED A:Jil IT IS HLP,EBY ENACTED as a by-law of
The Corporation of the Township of Darlington by the Council
thereof as follows:
1. That the Reeve and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
to execute an agreement in the form attached hereto as Schedule "Ati"
to this by-law between the Corporation of the City of Oshawa, and
the Corporations of the Town of Whitby, The Township of East
Whitby, The Township of Darlington, the Town of Bowmanville, the
Village of Pickering, the Township of Pickering, the Town of
Ajax, the Township of Clarke and the Village of Newcastle.
2. That Schedule "A"' attached hereto shall form part of this
by-law.
