2, That Section 7A of By-law Number 2111 as amended is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following subsection (d)
(d) SPECIAL PROVI5ION5
C~ Lot 16~,Co_ncession ~_
Notwithstanding any provisions of Section 7A to the
contrary the parcel of land located in Lot 16, Concession
5, as described in paragraph 1. of this By-law and
designated C-3-1 on Schedule "A" attached to this By-laws
may be used for the purpose of a fuel oil distribution
depot? a showroom for the display of oil burning
equipment and supplies and an office incidental to the
permitted uses.
3, That Section 13 of By-law Number 2111 as amended is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following subsection (e)
(e) Notwithstanding certain provisions of By-law Number 2111
as amended to the contrary, that parcel of land outlined
in Schedule "A" of this By-law shall have a minimum lot
frontage of 150 feet, a minimum lot depth of 180 feet and
a minimum frogyard of 50 feet.
~, This By-law shall come into effect on the day it is passed by
Council sub3ect to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
