(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of
a .203 hectare parcel of land located in Part of Lot 11 and
Part of Lot 12, Concession 1, in the former Town of Bowmanville
from Service Station Commercial (C7) to an appropriate zone in
order to permit the renovation of the existing structure and an
addition to the existing structure to provide a total of 240 m2
of retail commercial floorspace.
