(a) Proposed Condominium Conversion Application located at
1 - 37 Kingscourt Road, Part Lot 10, Concession 1,
former Town of Bowmanville, to permit the conversion
of 18 townhouse units from rental to condominium.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Proposed Official
Plan Amendment. The proposed zoning by-law amendment
would change the zone category from "Agricultural (A)"
and "Holding - Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1)" to
appropriate zone categories to permit the development
of a proposed subdivision on a 7.94 hectare parcel of
land located in Part Lot 30, Concession 2, former
Township of Darlington. The Draft Plan of Subdivision
proposes the development of 56 single family dwelling
units, 38 semi-detached/link units and 48 townhouse units.

category of an 11.98 hectare parcel of land located
in Part Lot 9, Concession 2, Bowmanville from

and 46 townhouse units for a total of 201 units.
