PUBLIC MEETINGS (a) Proposed Condominium Conversion Application located at 1 - 37 Kingscourt Road, Part Lot 10, Concession 1, former Town of Bowmanville, to permit the conversion of 18 townhouse units from rental to condominium. REPORT PD-89-95 - KINGSCOURT RESIDENTIAL LIMITED 301 (b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Proposed Official Plan Amendment. The proposed zoning by-law amendment would change the zone category from "Agricultural (A)" and "Holding - Urban Residential Type One ((H)R1)" to appropriate zone categories to permit the development of a proposed subdivision on a 7.94 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 30, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington.
