PUBLIC MEETINGS (a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 22.23 ha parcel of land located in Part of Lot 15, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington from Agricultural (A) and Environmental Protection (EP) to an appropriate zone to permit the development of a residential plan of subdivision comprised of 145 single lots, 60 semi-detached lots, 47 townhomes and Blocks for a school, park, stormwater facility and valleyland. REPORT PD-69-95 - 821012 ONTARIO LIMITED AND 821013 ONTARIO LIMITED 301 (b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 14.42 ha parcel of land located in Part Lots 29 and 30, Concession 3, former Township of Darlington from Residential Type One (R1), Holding Residential Type Two Exception ((H)R2-3), Holding Residential Type Four ((H)R4), Agricultural (A), Agricultural Exception (A-8) and Environmental Protection (EP) to an appropriate zone to permit the development of 72 single dwelling lots, a block for 144 multiple attached units and a block for open space/valleyland. REPORT PD-70-95 - CLARINGTON DEVELOPMENT CORP. 303 (c) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 7.51 ha parcel of land located in Part Lot 8, Concession 2, former Town of Bowmanville from Agricultural (A) and Environmental Protection (EP) to an appropriate zone to permit the development of 36 semi-detached dwellings, 54 townhouse units and 2 open space blocks. Agenda - 3 - July 10, 1995 (d) Proposed Official Plan Amendment to permit the development of the proposed plan of subdivision and proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category from "Agricultural (A)" to appropriate zones to permit the development of the proposed subdivision of a 17.24 ha parcel located on Part Lot 33, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington. The Draft Plan of Subdivision proposes the development of 42 single family units, 52 semi- detached units, 57 link units, 76 street townhouse units, 38 block townhouse units, 49 apartment units and a community park block. REPORT PD-72-95 - 289143 ONTARIO LIMITED 307 (e) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would in effect, repeal By-law 94-168 and change the zone category of a 736.2 m2 commercial unit within the existing plaza from the "General Commercial Exception (C1-16)" as approved by Council on October 24, 1994, back to a "General Commercial Exception (C1-4)" zone. REPORT PD-73-95 - MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON 309 (f) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a 0.45 ha parcel of land located in Part Lot 11, Concession 1, Bowmanville (144 and 146 Liberty Street from "Service Station Commercial (C7)" to a zone appropriate to permit the development of a car wash in addition to the existing fuel bar and drive thru donut kiosk.
