category of a 10.8 ha parcel of land located in Part
Lot 17, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington from
"Agricultural (A)" to a zone appropriate to permit a
Drive-in Theatre and accessory uses.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for the
existing zone category of a 4 hectare parcel of land
located in Part Lots 29 and 30, Concession 2, in the
former Township of Darlington being "Special Purpose
Commercial Exception (C4-11)" to permit the continued
use of a Flea Market and Auction Barn on a temporary
basis.

(c) Proposed Neighbourhood Plan Amendment to change the
designation of a .249 hectare parcel of land located
in Part of Lot 31, Concession 2, in the former Township
of Darlington from Minor Open Space to Residential in
order to permit the development of 2 single family
dwelling units. Proposed zoning by-law amendment
to change the zone category of the subject
lands from Environmental Protection (EP) to an
appropriate zone or zones to implement the above noted
proposal.

(d) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone
category of a 9.36 ha parcel of land located in Part Lot
28, Concession 3, former Township of Darlington from
"Agricultural (A)" and "Environmental Protection (EP)"
to an appropriate zone to permit the development of
34 single detached, 128 semi-detached and 28 townhouse
units.
