REPORT PD-27-95 - RANDY HENRY (c) Proposed Neighbourhood Plan Amendment to change the designation of a .249 hectare parcel of land located in Part of Lot 31, Concession 2, in the former Township of Darlington from Minor Open Space to Residential in order to permit the development of 2 single family dwelling units. Proposed zoning by-law amendment to change the zone category of the subject lands from Environmental Protection (EP) to an appropriate zone or zones to implement the above noted proposal.
