4. PUBLIC MEETINGS
(a) Proposed Zoning By-law to change the zone category of
a 23.91 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 19,
Concession 2, former Township of Clarke from in part
Agricultural (A) and in part Environmental Protection
(EP) in order .to permit the development of a plan of
subdivision consisting of 21 single family dwelling
units.

(b) Proposed Zoning By-law to change the zone category of
a 35 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lots 26
and 27, Concession 1, in the former Village of
Newcastle from "Holding Urban Residential Type One
((H)Rl)" to an appropriate zone or zones to permit a
514 unit Plan of Subdivision consisting of 210 single
family dwelling units, 188 semi-detached/link units,
80 street townhouse units and 36 block townhouse units.
