(a) Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category
of a 1.634 hectare parcel of land located in Part Lot 32,
Concession 3, former Township of Darlington in part Holding-Urban
Residential "(H)R1" and in part Environmental Protection "(EP)" to
the appropriate zones in order to permit the development of Plan of
Subdivision 18T-96002 consisting of ten (10) single detached dwellings.
