Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of an
88.222 hectare parcel of land located in Part of Lots 28, 29, 30
and 31, Broken Front Concession, former Village of Newcastle from
in part Agricultural (A), in part Holding-Urban Residential Exception
((H)R34), in part Holding-Urban Residential Exception ((H)R4-5),
in part Holding-Special Purpose Commercial ((H)C5-6), in part
Holding Environmental Protection Exception ((H)EP-1) and in part
Environmental Protection (EP) to the appropriate zones in order to
permit the development of 260 single family dwellings, 53, street
townhouses and a 50 unit multi-residential block for a total of
l 363 units.
