Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to change the zone category of a
.37 hectare (.91 acre) parcel of land located in Part of Lot 28,
Concession 3, in the former Township of Clarke from Service Station
Commercial - Special Exception (C6-4) to an appropriate zone to
recognize an eating establishment as a permitted use without the
required motor vehicle fuel bar. The current zone category would
allow an eating establishment only if a motor vehicle fuel bar were
operating on the same site.
