5. PUBLIC MEETING
Proposed zoning by-law amendment to change the zone category of a
1 hectare (2.47 acre) portion of a 62.96 hectare (155.58 acre)
parcel of land located in Part of Lot 34, Concession 6 in the
former Township of Clarke from "Agricultural Exception (A-6)"
to an appropriate zone in order to facilitate the severance of the
existing Farm Implement and Equipment Sales and Service Establishment.
The applicant has also submitted a consent application (LD 176/95) to
the Regional Municipality of Durham's Land Division Committee to
create a separate lot for the farm implement and equipment sales
and service establishment.
