CT. EXEMPTION FROM PART LOT CONTROL - PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 18T-75526
PHASE II - VELTRI AND SON CORPORATION
PART LOT 8, CONCESSION 1, BOWMANVILLE
RECOt~1ENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-28g-87 be received; and
2. THAT the request submitted by Mr. Bolotenko, Solicitor, on behalf of River
Valley Estates thereby exempting Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, as shown on Plan
10M-791 from Part Lot Control, be acknowledged; and
3. THAT the attached by-law be approved and forwarded to the Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to Section 49, Subsection (7) of the
Planning Act; and
4. THAT Mr. Bolotenko be so advised.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
On October 27, 1987, Staff received a request from Mr. Bolotenko, acting on behalf
of Veltri and Son Corporation for an exemption from Part Lot Control in respect of
Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, in registered Plan 10M-791. Staff have reviewed the
request and would have no objection to same and the approval of the by-law
exempting the subject lands within this plan from Part Lot Control.

In that regard, attached herewith is a by-law which requires approval of Council
and the Regional Municipality of Durham which would exempt the subject lands from
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act pursuant to the provisions of Section 49(7) of
said Act.
Accordingly and in order to facilitate conveyance of title of the individual
semi-detached dwellings located on these lots, it would appropriate for the
Council to approve the necessary exemption from Part Lot Control.
