2. That the said part of the original road allowance between Lots
32 and 33 in tht 3rd Concession of the Township of Darlington
lying easterly of Road Number 16, known as Tooley's Road north
and running southerly from a point therein 2150.49 Prom the road
allowance between Concessions 3 and 4 and running southerly a
distance of approximately 1249.51 feet to the half lot line oP
said Concession three, as more particularly described in Schedule
RBFk hereto and as shown in part on the said Plan of Survey made
by M.D. Brown and attacheishherebyacloeeeddana s~~o$~edaUp~the same
3. That the said parts of original Road Allowance hereby stopped up
and closed shall be offered for sale to the abutting owners as
follows:
Part lying westerly and described in Schedule "A° to Michael W.
Mayko and Audrey Marie Mayko at the price of $1.00.
Part lying easterly of road number 16 described in Schedule "B"
hereto, to Eldon Essery at the price of $1.00.
4. That upon payment of the said purchase price of $1.00 by the
respective abutting owners, the Reeve and Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to sign a conveyance of the said stopped
up parts of the original Road Allowance in favour of the respective
owners and impress the Corporate Seal thereon.
By-Law given its first, and second reading this
day of March 1968.
By-Law given its third reading and finally passed,
this 7 L~day of March, 1968.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate lying and being in the Township of Darlington, in the County of
Durham, being part of original Raad Allowance between Lots 32 and 33
in the 3rd Concession of the Township oP Darlington, more particularly
described as follows:
PREMISING that the western limit of Lot 32 in the 3rd Concession of the
said Township of Darlington, has a bearing of north 18 degrees 35 minutes
west and relating all bearings herein thereto;
CONQ~NCIN(~ at an iron bar marking the north-west angle of said Lot 32;
THENCE south 18 degrees 35 minutes east 660 feet to an iron bar;
THNIdCE south 18 degrees 35 minutes east continuing in and along said
western limit of Lot 32, 363.32 feet to an iron bar;
THENCE south 13 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of
771.37 feet to an iron bar planted in the western limit of Lot 33,•
THENCE North 18 degrees 35 minutes west in anialong the said eastern
limit of Lot 33 a distance of 1132.97 feet to a point;

less to the half lot line dividing the north and south halves of said

THENCE westerly in and along the extension westerly of said half lot
line to a point in the western limit of said allowance for road and
the eastern limit of said Lot 33;
THENCE northerly in and along said eastern limit of said Lot 33 to a
point in the southern limit of the travelled road distant 122.84 feet
on a course south 13 degrees 55 minutes west from the Point of
Commencement;
