ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD HEARING - AUGUST 12, 1987
RECOtAMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-180-87 be received; and
2. THAT the Town's Solicitor be authorized to attend and represent the Municipality's
interest at said Ontario Municipal Board Hearing.
aACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
The General Purpose and Administration Committee at their meeting of September 15, 1986,
in consideration of an application filed by Mr. Anton Jukic, forwarded a recommendation to
Council that the application for rezoning, to permit the expansion to the existing Trailer
Camp/Park, be denied without prejudice. Council, at their subsequent meeting of September
22, 1986, approved the following recommendation:
"THAT Report PD-216-86 be received; and
THAT the application submitted by Nlr. Anton Jukic to rezone a parcel of land
located in Part Lot 15, Concession 6, former Township of Darlington, to permit an
expansion to the existing Trailer Camp/Park be denied without prejudice."

In consideration of Committee and Counci1's decision, an appeal to same
was submitted by the applicant. To that end, an Appointment of Hearing
has been scheduled for August 12, 1987.
In consideration of same, Staff feel it would be appropriate for the Town's
Legal Counsel and any necessary Staff to attend the Hearing in sup port of
Counci1's decisions.
