1. ELECTION OF CHAIR
Moved by Suzanne Wortman; seconded by Shannon Leveille
THAT Evylin Stroud be nominated for the position of Chair.
(see following)
Evylin respectfully declined the nomination.
Moved by Evylin Stroud; seconded by Tim Hick
THAT David Kelly be nominated for the position of Chair.
“CARRIED”
David accepted the nomination.
Moved by Brian Duffy; seconded by Walter Zutell
THAT the nominations for Chair be closed.

THAT the Committee elect a Vice-Chair.

Moved by Suzanne Wortman; seconded by Walter Zutell
THAT Pat Rundle be nominated for the position of Vice-Chair.
“CARRIED”
Moved by Walter Zutell; seconded by Shannon Leveille
THAT Walter Zutell be nominated for the position of Vice-Chair.

Moved by Suzanne Wortman; seconded by Shannon Leveille
THAT the nominations for Vice-Chair be closed.
“CARRIED”
A vote was held and Pat Rundle was elected the Vice-Chair of the Committee.
2. ACCESSIBILITY PLAN
Moved by Evylin Stroud; seconded by Pat Rundle
THAT the Committee approve the Accessibility Plan as presented.

3. OTHER BUSINESS
The meeting schedule was discussed and the meetings will continue to be held
on the first Thursday of each month. The next meeting will be held Thursday,
December 4, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.
