RECOP~tENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
reconnnend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-124-87 be received for information.
UACKGRUUND AND COMMENT:
For the information of the General Purpose and Administration Committee, Staff have
prepared the attached list of applications to the Committee of Adjustment for the meeting
of ivlarch 19, 1987. This list; includes the file number, applicants name, site location,
type of variance requested, Uffici al Plan Conformi ty, By-law Conformi ty, Staff's canments
on the applications and the Committee of Adjustment's decision..

Application was made for relief from zoning by-law requirements in
order to permit the applicant to construct an addition to the
existing commercial building leaving a rear yard of 2 m, instead
of the required 5 m rear yard.
