WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Darlington deems it advisable to amend By-law Number 2111, as
amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington ENACTS as follows:
1. That Section 13 of By-law Number 2111 is hereby amended by
changing the numbering of the second clause (h}, which has the
heading "PART OF LOT hr, BROKEN FRON CONCESSIOPd", to (hi}so
that the only remaining clause (h} of Section 13 is now the
one dealing with a parcel in part of Lot 30, Concession 5.
2. That By-law Number 2331 is hereby repealed.
3. That Sub-section (h)(ii) of Section 1 of By-law Number 2306
is hereby amended by deleting from the tenth line thereof the
figure 1493.37 and substituting therefor the figure 1698.37
so that the sentence shall read:
"Commencing at a point in the West limit of said Lot 30
distant 1698.37 feet measured N 16°00'W therein from the
South West angle thereof;"
4. That Schedule "el" of By-law Number 2111 is hereby amended by
changing from R1 to C2 the zoning designation of the easterly
145 feet of the land at the South kJest corner of the intersec-
tion of the Courtice Road and Highway Number 2, now owned by
Roy. W. Nichols, which has a depth of approximately 240 feet
running southerly along the Courtice Road and is part of Lot
29 in the Second Concession and part of the Original ~llowanee
for Road between Lots 28 and 29 in the Second Concession.
5. That Schedule "A" of By-law Number 2111 is hereby further amended
by changing from C2 to C1 the zoning designation of the lands
in part of Lot 16, Concession 4, more particularly described as
follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of the south limit of the Taunton
Road as widened is N 71°55' $ and relating all bearings used
herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the said Lot 16, Concession 4, which
may be located as follows:
BEGINNING at the north-west angle of said Lot 16, Concession 4;
THENCE southerly along the west limit of s~id.Lot lb to its
intersection with the south limit of the Taunton Road as
widened, a distance of 18.56 feet;

THENCE N 71°55' E along the said south limit of Taunton Road
as widened, a distance of 1+7.43 feet to the point of
COMMENCEMENTg
THENCE from the Point of Commencement N 71°55' E and
continuing along the said south limit of Taunton Road as
widened to its intersection with the west limit of Scugog '_:
Road, a distance of 200.00 feet;
THENCE S 28° E along the-said west limit of Scugog Road,-.a
distance of 174.43 feet;
THENCE S 71°55' ~ parallel to the said south Limit of
Taunton Road as widened to a point of intersection with a
line drawn on a bearing of S 18°05' E from the said Point
of Commencement, a distance of 230.06 feetg
THENCE N 18°05' W, a distance of 171.82 feet more or less to
the Point of Commencement.
6. This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof sub3ect
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
