A by-Law to authorize an agreement to provide lands for the disposal of garbage and other refuse.
WHEREAS it is necessary for the Corporation of the Town-
ship to provide lands for the disposal of garbage and
other refuse in the Municipality.
AND WHEREAS William G. Tripp is the Owner
of certain lands in Lot # 19 in the- 3rd Concession
of the Township of Darlington and has agreed to enter
into an Agreement with the Township for such purpose.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Darlington HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. That the Township of Darlington enter into an Agreement
with William G. Tripp the Owner in form
attached hereto and marked Schedule "A"F
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be and are hereby authorized
to execute the said Agreement on behalf of the Tawas-
ship and affix the Corporate Seal thereon.
