4. PAIIKING PROHIBITED.
(1) IN SPECIFILll PLACES.
No person shall park a vehicle in any of the following places:
On a sidewalk
In front of a private or public driveway.
BJithin an intersection.
On any bridge or in any subway or the approach thereto.
On any street in such a manner as to obstruct traffic.
In such a position as will prevent the convenient removal of any
vehicle previously parked or left standing.

When properly worded signs have been erected and are on display
no person shall park a vehicle in any of the following places:
Between 8:30 A._. and 4:30 P.~i. on that side of a street adjacent
to any school property.

of streets in Column 2 during the period in Column 3:-

6, Any person violating any of the provisions of this By-law shall be

subject to a penalty of not n3e~e than Ten llollars (:10.00) and not
more than Nifty Dollars 050,00) for every subsequent offence
exclusive of costs and all such penalties shall be recoverable
under the Ontario Summary Convictions Act.
~. The Provisions of this By-law shall not become effective until
approved by the Department of Transport.
