A By-Law to repeal by-law number 2308.
WHEREAS btl the-22nd day of October, 1g65, the Council
of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington, did pass a by-law
number 2308 entitled, to regulate the operation of pits and quarries
within the Township of Darlington.
AND ~gEAS, Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Darlington, deems it adviseable to repeal such By-Lxw #2308'
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the Township of Darlington HEREBY ENACTS that By-Law #2308
passed on the 22nd day of October, 1865 be and is hereby repeal~.ed.
READ a First, Second and Third time and finally passed on the
3rd day of March, 1866.
