THENCE South 18 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ten
hundred and fifty-six and forty-seven one-hundredths feet (1056.47') to
an iron bar;
THENCE South 72 degrees 03 minutes East a distance of ninety-two and
seventy=one one-hundredths feet (92.71') to an iron bar planted in the
Easterly limit of said Lot 16;
THENCE South 18 degrees 23 minutes East along the Easterly limit of said
Lot 16 a distance of two hundred and fifty and seventy-five one-hundredths
feet (250.75') to an iron bar planted in the line of a fence running South-
westerly;
THENCE South 55 degrees 21 minutes West along the said fence a distance
of two hundred and forty-two and thirty-five one-hundredths feet
(242.35') to an iron bar;
THENCE North 30 degrees 39 minutes West a distance of forty-nine and
seventy-five one-hundredths feet (49.75') to an iron bar planted in the
Southerly bank of a creek;
THENCE South-Westerly along the Southerly bank of a creek, having a
chord equivalent of South 52 degrees West, 177.7', a distance of
~'- one hundred and eighty feet (180') more or less to an iron bar planted

THENCE North 28 degrees 30 minutes West along the Easterly limit of the
Scugog Road a distance of seven hundred and fifty and eighty-three one-
hundredths feet (750.83') to an iron bar;
THENCE North 28 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West continuing along the
Easterly limit of the Scugog Road a distance of six hundred and ninety-
two and fifty-eight one-hundredths feet (692.58') more or less to the
POINT OF CONli~1ENCEMENT.
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day
that it is approved by the Ontario Municipal Board.
