WHEREAS Walter Parrinder and Hazel Parrinder are the
Owners of certain lands in Lot 25, Concession 6, of the Township
of Darlington and have applied to The Minister of Municipal
Affairs for approval of a draft plan of subdivision of the said
lands.
AND WHEREAS the Minister has made it a condition of
his approval of said plan of subdivision that Walter Parrinder
and Hazel Parrinder agree in writing to satisfy the requirements
of the Township and the said Walter Parrinder and Hazel Parrinder
have agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement confirming
the conditions of approval which have been imposed.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to'.the Planning Act R.S.O. lg6o,
Chapter 2g6, Section 28(6), the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the Township of Darlington enacts as follows:
1. That the Corporation of the Township of Darlington be and is
hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Walter Parrinder
and Hazel Parrinder in the form hereto attached as Schedule "A".
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute
the said Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the Township of
Darlington.
