THENCE Westerly and parallel to the Northern limit of said Lot
400 feet to a point distant southerly 1200 feet from the
Northern Limit of said Lot,
THENCE Southerly and parallel to the eastern limit of said Lot
1000 feet to a point 400 feet westerly from the said East limit.
THENCE Easterly and parallel to the Northern limit of said Lot
400 feet to a point in the eastern limit of said Lot, said point
being 1000 feet southerly from said Point of Commencement.
THENCE Northerly in and along said Eastern limit of said Lot
a distance of 1000 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
