UPON Tlfis APPLIC TIuN of the Corporation of the
Township of Barlin~;ton, upon consideration of the material
filed, and it appearing that notice of application has
been given as directed by the F3oard and that no ob,jectians
to approval have been received by the clerk of the
applicant corporation within the tine prescribed, as
appears by affidavit filed;
THE ROA_F~D O~tDERS, under and in pursuance of
the legislation hereinbefore referred to, and of any
and all other powers vested in the Board, that I3y-law
2334 passed the 1~th day of August, 1466, be and the
same is hereby approved.
