WHEREAS the Township of Darlington did on the 18th day of
July 1943, enter into an agreement with the Ontario Municipal, Employees
Retirement Board, designated Prior Service Agreement Number 27-M-1,
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the agreement.
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington enacts:
1• The Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an amendment to Prior Service Agreement number
27-M-1.
2• This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day
of its passing.
