UPON THE; f~F''LIC~iTIC~N of the Corporation of the Township
of Harlington, upon consideration of the material filed, and
it appearing that notice of application has been given as
directed by the Board and that no objections to approval have
bean received by the clerk of the applicant corporation within
the time prescribed, as appears by affidavit, filed,
'F1iE BQARH URH~:Ftu, under and in pursuance of the lsgis-
lation hereinbsfore referred to, and of any and all other
powers vested in the Beard, that By-law 2253, passed the 2nd
day of January, 1964, be and the same is hereby approved.
