WHr;~~EaS B. BSCT~ELL desires
to have a railway sidin;~ constructed maintained and aperated by
the Canadian National ;tailway Company across that part of a 33 foot
wide forced road runnia~ Southerly from the south limit of Provincial
Highway No. ~+Ol to the nortr~ limit of the Canadian National Railway
in Lot 30 in the llroken Front Concession of the Township of Darlington.
A~ L `:tii3;3 ~I<~S the said forced road has not been used as a
public highway for a number of years.
NOIV Ti3i~.F'Oi~; the l~iunicipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Darlington enacts as follows:
1, That the Corporation of the Township of Darlington hereby
consents to the constructions maintenance and operation by the
Ca~iadian National Railway Company of the aforesaid siding
crossing the 33 foot forced road aforesaid.
?, That this By-law shall come into use and effect on the
day of the final passing therof.
