WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington deems it advisable to amend By-law Number 2111 as amended. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington ENACTS as follows: I. That By-law Number 2111 be and the same is hereby amended by adding to the end of Section 13 the followings "(f} PART OF LOT 1,~CONCESSION 1 (i) Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary that part of Lot l~ Concession 1~ described in paragraph (ii) below may be used for the purposes of a warehouse for the packing storage and sorting of fruits and vegetables and one residential dwelling for a caretakers watchman or other similar person employed on the premises and such person's family provided such uses shall comply with the provis~.ons of this By-law for a Restricted Industrial (Ml) Zone. iii) The lands referred to in paragraph (i) are described as follows: COMMENCING at the north-east corner of the lot being at the intersection of the road allowance between concessions one and two with the town line between the Townships of Darlington and Clarke; THENCE on a bearing of south thirteen degrees and eight minutes east for a distance of Four hundred and twenty-five feet and nine-tenths of a foot (425.9') to the northern limit of the lands of The Campbellford Lake Ontario and Western Railway; THENCE on a bearing of north sixty-seven degrees and fourteen minutes west along the said northern boundary of said limit of said Railway being parallel to and distant Forth-three feet (43') from the centre line of the said Railway as located for a distance of Seven hundred feet ('J00') more or less to the southern limit of the road allowance between Concessions one and two; THENCE along the said southern limt of the said road allowance between concessions one and two on a bearing of north seventy-five.3egrees and eighteen minutes east for a distance of'Five hundred and sixty-seven feed bid two tenths of a foot (567.2') more or less ta= the place o£ beginning. Bearings in this description"y3re assumed as being four degrees and three minutes-east from Astronomical North." ', 2.
