WHERF,AS Edward Gibson the owner of Lot Pt. N-~- 25 & 26
in the 7th Concession of the Township of Darlington applied to the
Council of the Township under THE TILE DRAINAGE ACT for a loan for
the purpose of draining such land.
AND WHEREAS the Councils hasp upon his applications lent
Edward Gibson the sum of T'vJENTY-OIdE HUNDRED ------ DOLLARS to be
repaid with interest by means of the rate hereinafter imposed:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council
That an annual rate of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-EIGHT Dollars and Ninety-
three Cents per annum is hereby imposed upon such land for a period of
10 years such rate to be levied and collected at the same time and
manner as ordinary taxes are levied and collected.
