NOW `1'I-TEhEFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington enacts as follows;
1. That Bylaw 2111 be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to
the end of Section 13 the following;
r'g" (i) Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the
contrary, that part of Lot 30, Concession 5, more
particularly described in paragraph. (ii) below, may be
used for she purpose of a broadcast transmitter site
provided that any buildings, other than broadcast towers,
to be erected thereon shall be clearly incidental to the
use of the lands as a broadcast transmitter site, and
shall conform to the requirements of Section I2 of the
By-law, and that broadcast towers shall not emceed
500 feet in height.
(ii)ALL AI~iD SI'rTG~LAh that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lyin<~ and being in the Township
of Darlington, County of Durham, Province of Ontario,
being composed of part of Lot 30, Concession 5, Township
of Darlin_;;ton, the boundaries of said parcel are
described as follows:
PRETiISING that the West limit of said Lot has a bearing
of N 16a W and relating all bearings herein thereto;
COI•]T~I'~NCIP7G at a point in the West limit of said Lot 30
distant 1493.37 feet measured N 16° 00' W therein from the
South "wriest angle thereof;
TH~'PICE N 74° 00' E a distance of 295,00 feet to a point;
Ti~dCE N 16° 00' W a distance of 180.00 feet to a pointg
TII~'NC.~ N 74° 00' E a distance of 114,00 feet to a point;
TH.idCE S lo° 00' E a distance of 40.00 feet to a point;
THETvCE S '74° 00' W a distance of 209,00 feet to a point;
T"riEICE N lo° 00' W a distance of 90.00 feet to a point;
TIIEiVCE S 74° 00' W a distance of 200.00 feet to a point
in tYie West limit of said Lot 30;

2. This By-law shall come into force on the day it is approved by
the Ontario Punicipal Board.
