WHERkAS, the municipal Council of the. Corporation of the
Township of Darlington did, on the fifth day of February, 1953 pass
By-la.ww 1187, to provide for enforcing of the conditions of the Idarble
Fly Control Act in Darlington Township;
AND 4dHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to appoint an inspector `by
by-law to carry out the provisions of the said Act, and Regulations
thereunder.
NOGi THEREFORE, pursuant to the Ztiarble Fly Control Act, R.S.O,,
1960, Chap. L~22 5.3, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington enacts as follows;
1. Clifford Pethick is appointed Inspector for the Township
of Darlington, under the Gdarble Fly Control Act.
2. The remuneration in respect of the above appointment shall
be set from time to time by resolution of Council.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the
date of its passing.
