b1HEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Darlington duly passed zoning by-la*~: No. 2111 on the 5th day of
February 1959 and subseUUently passed. an amending By-law to the zoning
By-law on tree 2nd day of July 1959 as No. 2126, both of the said by-la*f~s
being approved by an Order o° the Ontario Municipal Board dated the 17th
day of July 1959,
AND w'HEREAS the Municipzl Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington deems it advisable to further amend By-law 2111
as amended,
THEREFORE pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1.960, C 296 Sec..
30, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington
enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to the By-law be amended by changing
from Agricultural (A) zone to Restricted Industrial (M1) zone,
that. part of Lot 30, Concession 1, Darlington as follows;
Commencing at a point in the south limit of lot 30, Con. 1,
distant easterly from the South west angle of the said lot 30,
662 feet 44 inches, thence north 7i~ degrees east a distance
of 236 feet, 9 1/8 inches to an iron bar planted,
thence north 16 degrees west 200 feet,
thence north 7l~ degrees east 92 feet 6 inches,
thence north 16 degrees west 568 feet 24 inches, to the south
limit of the C,P.R, right-of-way,
thence south 68 degrees, 22 minutes, 20 seconds ~,aest 3t~1~. feet,
11 inches,
thence south 17 degrees, 05 minutes, 50 seconds east, 73y.
feet, 8 inches, to the point of commencement,
2. This By-l~>w shall come into force and take effect on the
day it is approved. by the Ontario Municipal Board.
