Adjustment for theeTownsh p ofCDarlingtonf
WHEREAS an Official Plan and a Zoning By-law are in effect
in the Township of Darlington;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to constitute a
Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Darlington;
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Darlington hereby enacts as follows:
1, By-law No. 2173 is hereby repealed.
2, A Committee of Ad3ustment for the Township of Darlington
is hereby constituted.
3, The Members of the said Committee shall be the following
named persons, and they shall hold ointed;for the terms
stated, or until successors are app
R.W.PASCOE,~irst, 1962,of three years following January
RUSSELL DE Firstfo1962term of one year following January
DONALD B. DODDS, for a term of two years following
January First, 1962.

~„ Subsequent appointments to the said Committee may be
made by Resolution of Council.
5, This By-law shall come into force and take effect on
the dap of its passing.
