By-Law No. 2243
A By-law to repeal By-laws 2210 and 2232,
of the Township of Darlington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Darlington has decided to participate in the Ontario Municipal
Employees Retirement System;
AND WHEREAS By-Laws No. 2210 and 2232 refer to matters now
provided for in By-law 2242,
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington hereby enacts;
1. By-laws numbered 2210 and 2232, are hereby repealed.
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of
its passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND
DAY OF MAY 1963.
