WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to appoint an inspector to
carry out the provisions of the Weed Control Act, and Regulations
thereunder.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Weed Control Act, R.S.O., 19b0,
the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Darlington
enacts as follows;
1. Orville Grills is appointed Inspector for the Township
of Darlington, under the Weed Control Aet.
2. The remuneration in respect of the above appointment shall
be set from time to time by resolution of Council.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the
date of its passing.
